Inspired by her endless compassion for the marginalised in society, Mrs Pinky Phosa, a social worker by training, but also an accomplished politician, recently established a non-profit organisation, namely the Pinky Phosa Solutions Foundation (PPSF).​

In order to function successfully, and to ensure accountability and transparency,
it goes without saying that the PPSF will develop and implement effective and efficient administration and governance systems.

This will include financial management, human capital management, monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems, and communication and marketing system.

Ms. Maureen MboshaneDirector and Board Chair

As a Transformation Consultant Mrs Maureen Mboshane is a qualified Teacher and taught for many years before moving to a tertiary Institution as a lecturer. She then departed from the department of Education to join Eskom Human Resource department. In 2000 she joined Sasol Synfuels as Area Leader: Utilities Training. In 2004 Maureen joined the Department of water Affairs and Forestry (DWAF) as Chief Director HR. In January 2005, she rejoined Sasol as Stakeholder Relations Manager, and have since held various positions until her exit in 2020 as Vice President: Corporate Affairs.

During her tenure, she worked with, engaged and interacted with various people, stakeholders, government and political leaders ( at all spheres of government) as well as various community structures.

Mrs Maureen Mboshane strives to align different stakeholder perspectives to work towards a shared vision. With her comfortable facilitation style she creates an environment intent to find solutions.

Tumelo Give Modipane, BAP (SA) GTP (SA) is a registered Accountant, Tax Practitioner whose is a stakeholder member for SAIT at SARS Mbombela and practices in Mbombela, Mpumalanga.

He has a diverse and exposure in different industries and performed various professional services ranging from accounting, auditing, taxation and advisory services for various clients. He has 15 years plus extensive experience in finance.
