Apart from the founder of the PPSF, Ms Yvonne “Pinky” Phosa, the PPSF has recruited two board members each with legal and financial expertise respectively.

The board which is chaired by Ms Phosa, will direct the affairs of the foundation. Ms Phosa will also act as the Chief Executive Officer until such time the foundation is able to separate these roles within the next two years.

During the first year of operations, the PPSF aims to target the three districts of the Mpumalanga Province in South Africa, with a phased expansion in the forthcoming years, eventually reaching national and global communities.

The Head Office of the foundation is the capital city of the province – Mbombela. A bank account for the Foundation has already been opened.
